初めてさん・常連さん、おひとりさま・老若男女を問わず、イギリスのお菓子を食べてみたい・作ってみたい方、大歓迎！！

月ごとのイベントへのご参加はもちろん、個人レッスンやご家族・お友達同士でのグループレッスンも受付中！！
また、イベント向けやプレゼント・ギフト用のお菓子作りをしたい方、ぜひ一度ご相談ください。お名前や文字入りのアイシングクッキー、かわいいプチデコレーションケーキなど、お話ししながらデザインや内容を決めることも可能です。
小松晶英（Akie Komatsu）
東京都江戸川区出身。英国文化愛好家。イギリスのお家のおやつ教室「クロック・バーン・レーン」主催。
大学卒業後、ふとしたことからイギリスの音楽、文化に傾倒するようになり、以降イギリスへの憧れを深めていく。
2014年にシュガークラフト、イギリス菓子に興味を持つようになり、2015年より1年間イギリスのサリー州にてチャリティーワークに従事。ベテラン料理人の元・ヘッドシェフMichaelに出会い、イギリス菓子や料理を学ぶ。
教室名のクロック・バーン・レーン(Clock Barn Lane)は滞在先の一番近くの道の名前。イギリス滞在中の1年間、この通りを歩いたりサイクリングしたり、たくさんの思い出がつまった忘れられない場所です。
ここで得たさまざまな経験、出会った素敵な人たちのおかげで、いまの私やクロック・バーン・レーンがあると言っても過言ではありません。
2016年10月 Cupcake Academy ‘Online Cupcake & Baking Course’ CPD Certified & IVCAS Accredited取得。
2016年11月 日本アイシングクッキー協会認定講師資格取得。
I am Akie Komatsu, born and bred in Tokyo, Japan.
I have established Clock Barn Lane to teach British baking.
I became extremely interested in the UK and British culture after graduating from university. Now, I consider myself a hardcore Anglophile whom adores everything British.
In 2014, I became very interested in a variety of sweet British foods, and decided to learn Sugarcraft. From 2015 to 2016, I was involved with charity work at Hydon Hill Leonard Cheshire Home which was located in the beautiful district of Surrey in South England.
Throughout my time in the UK, I learnt British baking from Micheal - the professional head chef whom I worked closely with.
My time in the UK had an everlasting and profound effect on me. Many good experiences were gained and a lot of knowledge was learnt. Clock Barn Lane was the name of the closest street to my residence from my UK stay.
A vast number of walks and cycling trips were made up and down this road which is firmly etched in my memory.
